ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND TERMS FOR OPERATORS

• Spinomenal cannot detect if the money wagered as part of the Spinoleague is bonus money or real money. In the event that operators want to limit bonus money usage, they need to do it from their side, and further acknowledge that any qualified win will be counted toward each tournament and Leaderboards.
• All amounts are displayed in-game in the currency each player wagers with. Any exchange rates shall be calculated based on Spinomenal’s internal exchange rate attached hereto.
• Payment of cash prizes throughout the Spinoleague shall not be subject to any type of wagering requirements.
• Operators shall be solely responsible for: (i) issuing prize payments within 72 hours from acceptance of each tournament results (excluding any applicable bank holidays), and (ii) any and all claims, or demands players may have in connection with the Spinoleague.
• Spinomenal reserves the right to stop the Spinoleague at any time for an indefinite period without paying the prizes, where it reasonably believes that continuing the Spinoleague will cause harm to Spinomenal, players or an operator.
• The rules, terms, and conditions of the Spinoleague can be changed at any time, in accordance with Spinomenal’s sole discretion.
• During the Spinoleague Spinomenal may, in its sole discretion, include from time to time in a few or all of the participating games certain promotional offering and activities that may reward players with additional points.
