PLAYTECH WONDERLAND BONUS PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY 2026
1. The Wonderland Bonus promotion will run from 22nd May 2026 until 31st May 2026, 10 days in total (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Wonderland Bonus will be active every day for the duration of the Promotion Period during the following hours: 16:00 – 02:00 (GMT-3), 10 hours in total (“Promotion Hours”).
3. The Wonderland Bonus will be active simultaneously on the following games – Adventures Beyond Wonderland Brasil ("Promotion Games").
4. During the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period, 10 bonus rounds will take place and players will have a chance to win a part of a shared prize of 1,500 BRL in golden chips per round by placing a total bet of at least 5 BRL on the Promotion Game.
5. During the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period, the Wonderland Bonus will be activated, and players will have a chance to win a share of a total sum of 150,000 BRL in golden chips during the entire Promotion Period.
6. Provider, as defined herein is responsible for the Wonderland Bonus configuration – prize amount, mechanics, and frequency.
7. Licensee, as defined herein as the entity contracting and engaging with the end-users of this promotion.
8. All prizes will be paid in golden chips having a value of 1 BRL each.
9. Only the winnings from the golden chips can be withdrawn subject to wagering requirements and the Licensee’s term and conditions. Golden chips cannot be withdrawn and/or converted to cash.
10. Wagering requirements can be applied as per Licensee’s preference, and it’s the Licensee’s responsibility to implement relevant terms and conditions of wagering requirements. Licensee is responsible for providing the IMS bonus template with bonus type - golden chips.
11. Player journey:
· Player joins the Promotion Game during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period.
· User interface elements notify player that the Wonderland Bonus is active during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period.
· Player needs to place a total bet of at least 5 BRL on the Promotion Game in order to get a chance to be eligible to participate in the bonus round. For the avoidance of doubt, higher bets do not change the player’s chances of winning a share of the bonus round prize. Placing a bet does not necessarily guarantee the participation in the bonus round unless the bonus round is triggered on the specific Promotion Game where player is present.
· RNG bonus round is triggered randomly on the Promotion Game during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period and displayed in the user interface 10 times per day with a shared prize amount of 1,500 BRL in golden chips per bonus round.
· In the bonus round, only one out of all betting position is picked by RNG system and highlighted in the user interface in the Promotion Game.
· If the player has a bet placed on the betting position picked by RNG – player receives a share of the bonus round prize as detailed below. The prize is divided equally between the winning players of that round.

13. RNG result will be generated by the Provider’s RNG system. The RNG generated bonus result is not related to the winning result of the Promotion Game.
14. The Wonderland Bonus has a server setting, which allows it to credit bonuses based on a set of criteria. Payment is done automatically, and player receives pop up messages, same as for all IMS bonuses. During the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period, bonus round will be randomly triggered 10 times per day, 1,500 BRL in golden chips per each round with a total daily budget of 15,000 BRL in golden chips and a total budget of 150,000 BRL in golden chips for the entire Promotion Period as detailed in the table above. It is hereby clarified that there is no limit on the number of times a player can win a share of the 150,000 BRL in golden chips during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period.
15. All prizes will appear in BRL. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Provider bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.
16. All prizes will be funded by the Provider using the remaining funds from the discontinued “Everybody’s Jackpot Live” game and distributed evenly between the winning players of each bonus round. Players who are eligible for the prize will receive a personalized message after the bonus round. If the IMS bonus template is provided by the Licensee – players get the prize automatically from the Licensee. If the IMS bonus template is not provided by the Licensee – the Provider will send a report to the Licensee with payment details no later than 24 hours from the relevant bonus round, and the Licensee will distribute the prize to the players. The Licensee undertakes to credit the prizes within 72 hours from the relevant bonus round. The winners must get their winnings within the time limit stated above and must know what they have won and how to claim without delay or administrative barriers.
17. The Licensees and/or the winning players shall be solely liable for any relevant taxes, if applicable, in order to legally claim the prize. The Provider bears no responsibility whatsoever for any wins/losses as a result of prize won by the players. If there are any limitations with space on the logo/banner/initial page of the Wonderland Bonus promotion on the Licensees’ website, the Licensee undertakes to add as much information as possible that will be communicated to the players within that space and directs the players to where the terms and conditions of the Wonderland Bonus promotion are located. 18. Licensee is aware of the legal and regulatory restrictions associated with the operation, advertising and promotion of gaming and/or gambling (including, without limitation, this Wonderland Bonus promotion), and Licensee undertakes to verify, prior to launching this promotion in any jurisdiction, that this promotion, and the terms and conditions associated therewith are compliant with all laws and regulations of such jurisdiction. Provider shall have no liability whatsoever to ensure compliance of this promotion with the laws and regulations of any jurisdiction, or the enforceability of the terms and conditions contained herein in any such jurisdiction.
19. Licensee is solely liable for the terms and conditions between it and the end users. While the Provider recommends that the terms listed in this section below are included in the terms and conditions between the Licensee and the end users (“End Users’ Terms”), it is hereby clarified that the sole responsibility and sole liability for the End Users’ Terms remain with the Licensee and the Provider does not accept any liability or responsibility for the End Users’ Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, the Licensee warrants that the End Users’ Terms will comply with all rules and regulations in the specific jurisdiction being targeted. The Licensee will fully indemnify and hold the Provider harmless against any liabilities, damages and or losses suffered or incurred by the Provider as a result of any claim brought against the Provider by any end user.
20. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player) prior to the award of the prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method.
21. In the event that a winners’ account is deemed to be ineligible (for example found to be underage, or invalid id or verification), the Provider reserves the right to withhold payment of the prize and if necessary award the prize to an alternate entrant.
22. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs, which is beyond the reasonable control of the Provider, and which prevents the Provider from complying with these terms and conditions, the Provider will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
23. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
24. This promotion is available to multiple sites and therefore winners may be selected across multiple sites.
25. The Provider reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions: without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change.
26. These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England, unless otherwise agreed between the parties under the license agreement between Provider and Licensee.

18. The licensee will not be liable for any reason if the promotion is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, the licensee may restrict access to the promotion to registered users.

PUBLICITY: By accepting a prize, player grants to licensee and its affiliated companies, the right, except where prohibited by law, to use your name, likeness, picture, address (city and state), e-mail address, voice, biographical information and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes in promoting or publicizing licensee and its products or services, without compensation unless required by law. Player shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, or use in composite form of your name, picture, likeness, address (city and state), email address, biographical information, or entry. The rights granted under this paragraph shall extend to submissions and all other submitted materials related to the promotion, including those submitted by non-winners and winners.
