1. PROMOTION SUMMARY

1.1. The Promotion: "Valentine's Queen" is a live Blackjack network campaign where players can win instant cash prizes when a Queen of Hearts is dealt on a qualifying table.

1.2. Roaming Hosts: The Promotion features 4 Roaming Hosts circulating randomly among 24 eligible Blackjack tables.

1.3. Prizes: Prizes are determined by a physical draw from a "Lucky Barrel" containing cash prizes ranging from €10 to €100.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD & LIMITS

2.1. Duration: The Promotion runs from 20:00 GMT +4 on the 14th of February 2026 until 04:00 GMT +4  on the 15th of February 2026.

2.2. Total Prize Pool Cap: The Promotion operates with a maximum total budget of EUR 14,000.

2.3. Early Termination: Should the total value of awarded prizes reach the €14,000 limit prior to the scheduled end time, the Promotion will conclude immediately following the completion of the current game round.

2.4. Amendments: The Casino reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFYING TABLES

3.1. Location: This Promotion is available exclusively on the 24 designated Blackjack tables located in the

3.2. Active Table Status: A table is considered "Active" and eligible for prizes only while a Promotional Host is physically present at the table.

3.3. Indicators: Players can identify Active tables solely by the physical presence of the Promotional Host at the table.

3.4. Restricted Territories: This Promotion is NOT open to players registered in or playing from the United Kingdom (UK). Any prizes triggered by players from the UK will be voided.

4. THE ROTATION MECHANIC (SAND CLOCK RULE)

4.1. Selection: The 4 Active tables are selected randomly by the operation team.

4.2. The Timer: The Host stays at an assigned table for the duration of one Sand Clock cycle.

4.3. Rotation Logic:

·         Monitoring: The Host monitors the Sand Clock.

·         Last Hand Rule: If the Sand Clock empties while a game round is in progress, the Host will remain at the table until that specific round concludes.

·         Late Trigger: If a qualifying card is dealt after the sand has run out—but before the round is officially closed—the prize is valid.

·         Movement: Once the round is complete and the sand is empty, the Host moves to the next table.

5. THE TRIGGER (HOW TO WIN)

5.1. Qualifying Card: A prize draw is triggered when a Queen of Hearts is physically dealt to a Player's betting box.

5.2. Valid Game Actions: The qualifying card may appear during any stage of the active hand. This includes:

·         Initial Deal: The first two cards dealt.

·         Hits: Cards received via hitting.

·         Double Downs: Cards received via doubling down.

·         Split Hands: Cards received via splitting pairs.

5.3. Multiple Queens: If a player receives multiple Queens of Hearts in a single round (e.g., via splitting or hitting), each Queen of Hearts counts as a separate trigger.

·         Example: If a player splits Queens and receives two more Queens (holding 4 total), they are entitled to 4 separate prize draws.

5.4. Exclusions:

·         Dealer's Hand: A Queen of Hearts dealt to the Dealer's hand does NOT qualify.

·         Void Cards: Burn cards or cards dealt during a voided/cancelled round do not qualify.

6. PRIZE DRAW & PAYOUTS

6.1. Trigger Event: When a trigger occurs, the game will pause momentarily, and the Host will draw one (1) ball from the Lucky Barrel for each qualifying card.

6.2. Eligible Winners:

·         Main Seat: The prize is awarded exclusively to the Main Seat Holder (the player occupying the seat).

·         Bet Behind Exclusion: Players placing "Bet Behind" wagers do NOT qualify for the prize.

6.3. The Draw Procedure:

·         Drawing: The Host draws a ball to reveal the prize amount (€10, €25, €50, or €100).

·         Redraws: If a player has won multiple draws (e.g., 2 Queens), the Host will draw the first ball, record the win, return the ball to the barrel, shake the barrel, and draw again.

6.4. Payouts:

·         Timing: Prizes are cumulative. The total amount won is credited to the player’s main balance within 4 working days.

·         Support: If the prize funds have not been received after 4 working days, players are kindly requested to contact their Casino Support Team for assistance.

7. EXCEPTIONS & MALFUNCTIONS

7.1. Sand Clock Dispute: The Host’s decision regarding the status of the Sand Clock (e.g., whether the round started before the sand ran out) is final.

7.2. Ball Draw: If a ball is dropped or the draw is deemed unclear, the Host will declare a "No Draw" and repeat the process.

7.3. Equipment Malfunction: A malfunction in the game table, shoe, or promotional apparatus voids all pays and plays for that round.

8. GENERAL TERMS

8.1. Abuse: We reserve the right to void winnings and withhold prizes from players who are deemed to be abusing the promotion or engaging in collusion to manipulate the game outcome.

8.2. Currency: Currency conversions are calculated based on the CreedRoomz standard internal exchange rates.

8.3. Acceptance: By participating in this promotion, players accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
