1. Hot July Leaderboard promotion run between 09:00 UTC on the 12th of July 2022 and 31st of July 2022 Until 23:59 UTC.
1.1. Promo will have a Pre-launch period 24 Hours before the start and players will be able to see the promo start countdown inside the game.

3. How to take part and win
3.1. Hot July Leaderboard promotion is available to play for real money mode only.
3.2. The minimum bet required to qualify is 0.50 EUR or currency equivalent.
3.3. Promotion leaderboard will pay prizes at the end of the promotion and top 500 players will receive cash prizes from 10 Euro for 500th place up to 5,000 Euro for the first place.
3.4. Leaderboard points can be earned by spinning the points wheel. There are 6 different points on a wheel and each of them can be earned by a Random system. 100,50,25,10,2, or 1 Point Can be won on a wheel.
3.5. Players have to enable promotion by clicking the “participation” button inside the promo wheel.
3.6. To get the right to spin the wheel the player must complete one of 2 missions, each of which gives him the right to spin equally. Mission 1: Each time when a player makes total bet of 100 Euro, he will receive 1 spin (Max 10 Spins per day);
Mission 2: Each time when a player will hit multiplier X200 or higher he will receive 1 spin for every 200X (max 10 spins per day). If a player hits 200X he will get 1 spin on a points wheel and if he will hit 457X he will get 2 spins on a wheel. Players can use the double-up function in some slot games and increase the won multiplier amount – if they lost a bet, the mission will not be accomplished.
3.7. During the day player can receive spins from both missions – but the daily limit cap is a total of 10 spins from both missions. After the limit is reached, the mission page will be frozen.
3.8. Missions’ progress will be renewed each day at 00:00 UTC+0 and players will have a chance to collect spins again.
3.9. During the 20 days of promotion player can receive a maximum of 200 spins on the points wheel (per day maximum 10).
3.10. For Jet-X and Cricket X Game there is the extra rule: bet must be collected at least on
multiplier 1.5X or higher or must be lost.
3.11. Please indicate on your website that in Slot bonus games after finishing the bonus free spins round players have to make 1 extra spin on real money to get the points on wheel.
3.12. Sometimes it can take up to 5 minutes before wheel progress will appear in a front screen of promo – meanwhile inside the wheel results are updated immediately.
3.13. After spinning the wheel player will receive his leaderboard points and this will help him to reach higher places in the ranking and win bigger prizes.
3.14. If two or more players will have the same amount of points on the leaderboard then the higher position will be given to a player that has earn last point later than other players.
3.15. It will be possible to spin the points wheel within 30 seconds after its appearance. In case of inactivity, after 30 seconds, the wheel will spin automatically and you will be awarded one of the points on the principle of chance.
3.16. The amount of the prize fund is 50 000 Euro. Players can view information about the
leaderboard and mission progress. by clicking on the wheel image in the game and participating in the promo.
3.17. The leaderboard prizes will be credited to the player’s accounts after the end of the
promotion during the next 3 working days. Prize payment will be done by the operator using a list of winners which will be sent by Smartsoft Gaming after the end of the promotion.
3.18. Prize pool and minimum bet for this campaign are set up in EUR and are converted locally before the start of promo in all basic Currencies that will be request by participating companies.
3.19. We reserve the right to void prize payments, or not to pay out a prize, where all or part of the win results from any obvious error, mistake, or technical fault (including incorrect game payouts) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games.
3.20. We further reserve the right not to pay out a prize where, in our opinion, all or part of the results comes from cheating or collusion with other players.
3.21. We reserve the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.

4. Compensation system
4.1. All prizes are paid to the winner players from the participating casino side (if any winner will be from participant casino). The payment will be done no later than 3 working days after the end of promotion and casino must send information to smartsoft about these payments.
4.2. Insurance system: In case if all winner players from certain casino will win more than 20% of total prize pool – Smartsoft will deduct 50% of this amount from July invoice.
4.2.1.Example: If Casino “Lucky 777” players have won 10,000 Euro during promotion, 10,000 Euro will be fully paid to players from casino side and after this – from the total monthly invoice GGR we shall deduct 10,000 Euro and also 5,000 Euro from the July Invoice cost.
4.3. In all other cases all paid prizes from casino side will be deducted from July month total GGR.
