PLAYTECH LIVE TRIVIA GAME PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS APRIL 2023

1. The Live Trivia game (the “Game”) promotion will run from 20th April 2023 until 29th April 2023, 10 days in total (“Promotion Period”).

2. During the Promotion Period, 20 Games will take place and players will have a chance to win a share of $2,000 in golden chips per Game.

3. The Game will be active every day at certain times based on the schedule below for the duration of the Promotion Period.

4. Provider, as defined herein is responsible for the Game configuration – prize amount, mechanics, and frequency.

5. Licensee, as defined herein is the entity contracting and engaging with the end-users of this promotion. 

6. The Game is a live game show with a prize that is presented by a live host. The Game consists of a series of increasingly difficult multiple-choice questions, each with three possible answers. The Game is not a game of chance. The questions and the order of the questions for each Game are exactly the same for all players. Players who answer the question correctly within 15-second limit are getting certain number of points based on the table below, with the rest getting 0 points for the relevant question. Players collect points throughout the Game, and no one is eliminated from the game at any stage of the Game. Players who score at least 600 points in total are the winners of the relevant Game and receive a shared prize which is predetermined by the Provider and distributed evenly between all the winners.

8. The shared prize for each Game will be $2,000 in golden chips based on the prize distribution below with a total sum of $40,000 in golden chips during the entire Promotion Period. In the event that none of the players win the Game, the prize pool will roll over and be added to the shared prize pool in the subsequent Game.

9. All prizes will be paid in golden chips having a value of $0.10 each.

10. Only the winnings from the golden chips can be withdrawn subject to wagering requirements and the Licensee’s term and conditions. Golden chips cannot be withdrawn and/or converted to cash.

11. Wagering requirements can be applied as per Licensee’s preference, and it’s the Licensee’s responsibility to implement relevant terms and conditions of wagering requirements. Licensee is responsible for providing the IMS bonus template with bonus type – golden chips.

13. The answers and questions as well as the sequence in which they appear are provided to the Provider by an independent third-party supplier, Alphabet Media Ltd, (Trading as The Question Co) (the “Third Party Supplier”). The Provider does not bear any responsibility, and shall not be liable, for the outcome of the Game as a result of incorrect answers supplied by the Third-Party Supplier. The Licensee warrants that it shall not add\remove\translate any questions or answers unless it receives a prior written approval from the Provider.

14. The Game is free of charge and does not require any funds in the player’s account. There are no preconditions apart from using a desktop or mobile platform.

15. Players can join the Game and participate for the entire duration of the relevant Game - even if the Game has reached its last question. Prior to the beginning of each Game the host shall communicate to the players basic rules of the Game. Each Game length duration is approximately 15 minutes.

16. Questions are asked one by one with approximately 30-second pause between them. The number of questions for each Game shall be determined by the host or Provider at their sole discretion and communicated to the players prior to the start of the Game. 

17. During the Game players may use the chat option to communicate with other players. The host may see the chat and use it to refer to particular queries in his/her sole discretion. The Licensee acknowledges that the chat of the Game shall be available and visible to players from various Licensees.

18. In case of any technical problems that may affect the regular Game flow, the Game may be postponed or canceled. Technical problems in the middle of the series of questions do not void the game unless stated otherwise during the Game. The Provider will not be liable for if, for any reason, or any part of the Game is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, the Provider may restrict access to some or all parts of the Game to registered users.

18. All prizes will appear in USD. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Provider bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates. 

18. All prizes will be funded by the Provider and distributed evenly between the winners of the relevant Game. Players who are eligible for the prize will receive a personalized message after the end of the Game. If the IMS bonus template is provided by the Licensee – players get the prize automatically from the Licensee. If the IMS bonus template is not provided by the Licensee – the Provider will send a report to the Licensee with payment details no later than 24 hours from the relevant Game, and the Licensee will distribute the prize to the players. Licensee undertakes to credit the prizes within 72 hours from the relevant Game. The winners must get their winnings within the time limit stated above and must know what they have won and how to claim without delay or administrative barriers. 

19. The Licensees and/or the winning players shall be solely liable for any relevant taxes, if applicable, in order to legally claim the prize. The Provider bears no responsibility whatsoever for any wins/losses as a result of prize won by the players. If there are any limitations with space on the logo/banner/initial page of the Live Trivia game promotion on the Licensees’ website, the Licensee undertakes to add as much information as possible that will be communicated to the players within that space and directs the players to where the terms and conditions of the Live Trivia game promotion are located. The full terms and conditions of the Live Trivia game promotion must be at most, one click away.

20. Licensee is aware of the legal and regulatory restrictions associated with the operation, advertising and promotion of gaming and/or gambling (including, without limitation, this Live Trivia game promotion), and Licensee undertakes to verify, prior to launching this promotion in any jurisdiction, that this promotion, and the terms and conditions associated therewith are compliant with all laws and regulations of such jurisdiction. Provider shall have no liability whatsoever to ensure compliance of this promotion with the laws and regulations of any jurisdiction, or the enforceability of the terms and conditions contained herein in any such jurisdiction.

21. Licensee is solely liable for the terms and conditions between it and the end users. While the Provider recommends that the terms listed in this section below are included in the terms and conditions between the Licensee and the end users (“End Users’ Terms”), it is hereby clarified that the sole responsibility and sole liability for the End Users’ Terms remain with the Licensee and the Provider does not accept any liability or responsibility for the End Users’ Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, the Licensee warrants that the End Users’ Terms will comply with all rules and regulations in the specific jurisdiction being targeted. The Licensee will fully indemnify and hold the Provider harmless against any liabilities, damages and or losses suffered or incurred by the Provider as a result of any claim brought against the Provider by any end user. 

22. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player) prior to the award of the prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method.

23. In the event that a winners’ account is deemed to be ineligible (for example found to be under age, or invalid id or verification), the Provider reserves the right to withhold payment of the prize and if necessary award the prize to an alternate entrant.

24. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs, which is beyond the reasonable control of the Provider, and which prevents the Provider from complying with these terms and conditions, the Provider will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

25. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

26. This promotion is available to multiple sites and therefore winners may be selected across multiple sites.

27. The Provider reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions: without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change.

28. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

20. Player must notify licensee immediately of any change in his\her eligibility to participate in the promotion, breach of security or unauthorized use of his\her account. Player should never publish, distribute, or post login information for his\her account. Player shall have the ability to delete his\her account, either directly or through a request made to one of licensee’s employees or affiliates.

21. The licensee will not be liable for any reason if the promotion is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, the licensee may restrict access to the promotion to registered users.
