November Blitz Tournament Terms and Conditions

The Quickfire October (November Blitz) 2023 Network Tournament Promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by Quickfire Limited and its authorized intervening licensees (collectively “Quickfire”) and is open to all Quickfire operators (“Network Operators”) to offer to their players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on the Network Operators’ websites and are aged 18 years or over (or aged 24 years or over if playing in the Netherlands) (“Players”).

GMT time zone applies to all times stated in these terms and conditions for the Promotion (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Promotion duration is twelve (12) days.

How does a Network Operator Qualify for the Promotion?

Should a Network Operator wish to opt-in for this Promotion and make the Promotion available to its Players, the Network Operator agrees to:
Be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Placement of a promotional banner for the Promotion on the Network Operator’s main casino website or promotions tab (as the case may be) on both Desktop and Mobile for the period between the 2nd November 2023 – 16th November 2023 as well as the duration of the Network Tournament. Network Operator must ensure that a minimum of two (2) Eligible Promotion Games are positioned prominently for the entire duration of the Entry Period, on both Desktop and Mobile OR placed on the applicable casino promotions page.
Network operators may use the promotional title sash (optional) to be placed on any Eligible Promotion Games on the Network Operators’ site(s).
Components of the dedicated Promotion promo pack must be used on the Network Operators’ site(s), in newsletters and in other media including social media.
When opting-in, Network Operator must agree to manual pay out of prizes (where they pay out the winnings of the fixed cash amount prizes manually).

The Promotion

The Promotion is operated by Quickfire. As such, the prize pool is shared across the network of operators who opt in for the network promotion.
The Promotion is a twelve (12) day tournament.
The total expected prize pool for the entire Promotion is one hundred thousand Euros (€100,000).
The Promotion prizes may be won by Players in the form of a fixed cash amount.

The prize pool is offering one thousand five hundred (1500) cash prizes worth one hundred thousand Euros (€100,000).

For avoidance of doubt, the Promotion will be run in Euros. Any currency conversion rates marketed by the Network Operators is at their sole discretion. Network Operators will be credited the prizes in their regular billed currency on their following months invoice.

Promotion mechanics

Players are required to opt-in to the Promotion. Any real money wagering made before a Player has opted-in will not count towards their score on the leader board.
A Player needs to bet a real money bet of any amount in the available currency on any Eligible Promotion Game (“Qualifying Bet”), which will contribute to the Player’s score on the leaderboard. For the avoidance of doubt, a bet placed with bonus money or in-game promotional free spin will be classed as a Qualifying Bet.
Once a Player has placed a Qualifying Bet, they can play the Eligible Promotion Game (“Qualifying Spin”) and be eligible to win a cash prize through the Tournament and/or Prize Drops.
A Player will be awarded points for achieving the Win Criteria defined as: the biggest win percentage from a single Qualifying Spin. The points multiplier is set to 1,000 for the Promotion.
For example, a Player places a €1 bet and wins €50 with one Qualifying Spin, the calculation of points is: €50 (winnings) divided by €1 (bet) multiplied by 1,000 (points multiplier) equals 50,000 points awarded to the Player.
The higher the total value of the points received by a Player with one Qualifying Spin, the higher the Player’s score.
Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leaderboard, when the Promotion ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on a Player’s total score at the end of the Promotion.
The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with a Player’s score. The score is based on the highest points reached each time they achieve the Win Criteria during the Promotion, replacing the previous score with the new score (if higher).
If two (2) or more Players finish the Promotion at the same position on the leaderboard, the Player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.
Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.

How Players may participate in the Promotion

A Player must select Opt-In to participate in the Network Tournament.
A Player must place a Qualifying Bet on any of the Eligible Promotion Game(s). - A Player will receive points based on the Win Criteria.
Players may not create more than one account on a Network Operator's website for the purpose of entering the Promotion from more than one account during the Entry Period. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Quickfire reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player.
Should any of a Player’s Entries during the Entry Period be made using any bonus funds, or part thereof, from such Player’s account held with the Network Operator, there shall be no restrictions or limitations placed on a Player’s chance to win any of the Prizes or on the awarding of any Prize to the Player should that Player’s Entry result in the Player winning a Prize.

General rules

Opt-in is required for Network Operators and for Players.
The Promotion material or name and/or any other Quickfire marketing material supplied in relation to the Promotion shall not be changed, altered, or modified in any way unless expressly authorized in writing by Quickfire.
It is the responsibility of the Network Operator to ensure that the Promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Promotion is offered.
It is the responsibility of the Network Operator to ensure that Quickfire’s products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the Eligible Promotion Game is offered to Players.
Supported languages: Armenian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
Available Currency: European Euros, Great British Pounds, South African Rands, Danish Kroner, United States Dollars, Brazilian Reals.
The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
Quickfire and the Network Operator shall comply with their obligations under any applicable data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data to which a party is subject, including (where applicable) the guidance and codes of practice issued by the relevant regulatory body (“Data Protection Legislation”). There will be no reallocations made for the Prizes. If awarding a Prize is not possible, Quickfire reserves the right to close the Prizes of the promotion.
Any Network Operators licensed in the Netherlands will be responsible for ensuring that Players under 24 years are not permitted to participate in the Promotion.
The Network Operators shall credit the winnings to the Player’s account. - Prizes and wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Quickfire.
Each Network Operator with a winning Player(s) must inform the winning Player of the prize and shall credit the cash prize to the winning Player’s account within seventy-two (72) hours following the end of the Promotion.
Quickfire will deduct the equivalent value of such amounts paid over to the winners by the Network Operators from each relevant Network Operator’s regular invoice.
Quickfire will deduct any amounts for cash prizes according to the conversion of such amounts into EUR currency.
Any Players located in Russia and Belarus shall be excluded from participating in the Promotion.
If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
Quickfire reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect Players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.
The decision of Quickfire regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Quickfire reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
It is the Players’ responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to take part in the Promotion in whichever jurisdiction they are placing real money wagers on the Network Operators’ websites.
These Terms and Conditions are between Quickfire and the Network Operators only. There must be no reference to ‘Quickfire’ in the Network Operator’s own campaign and terms and conditions relating to the Promotion in any manner whatsoever, without Quickfire’s prior written approval.
This Promotion is made available to all Network Operators and by opting-in to this Promotion the Network Operators understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, and Quickfire accepts no liability of any kind howsoever caused arising from any activities of a Network Operator in connection with this Promotion.
The availability of this Promotion should not be construed as an offer or invitation to use the Promotion in any country or jurisdiction where such use if not permitted.
It is the Network Operators’ responsibility at all times to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and licensing conditions, where this Promotion is made available to Players and consumers.
Quickfire accepts no liability of any kind howsoever caused arising from any activities of a Network Operator or any Player in connection with this Promotion. Quickfire is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize. Network Operators agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Quickfire from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize offered, or participation in this Promotion by Network Operators, Players and consumers.
