Terms and Conditions
• The Euro Kick Off Promotion will run from 00:00 UTC on 7th June 2021 till 23:59 UTC on 11th July 2021.
• Mechanics: For every €500 wagered on qualifying games players receive one (1) entry
ticket to participate in nearest prize draw. Up to five (5) tickets can be earned per day
(00:00-23:59 UTC). Additionally, players are encouraged to join Football Studio and
predict the winner of European Championship. *€500 is counted per single game, €200
on Football Studio and €300 on Crazy Time will not qualify for a ticket.
• Qualifying games: Crazy Time; Lightning Roulette; Football Studio.
• Promotion is split in 3 qualifying stages and 3 prize draws with ticket counter resetting
after each draw.
• Qualifying Stage 1 will run from 00:00 UTC on 7th June 2021 till 23:59 UTC on 18th June2021. Prize draw will be held on 23rd June 2021 and winners will be announced by 25
th June 2021.
• Qualifying Stage 2 will run from 00:00 UTC on 19th June 2021 till 23:59 UTC on 1
st July 2021. Prize draw will be held on 7 th July 2021 and winners will be announced by 8
th July 2021.
• Qualifying Stage 3 will run from 00:00 UTC on 2 nd July 2021 till 23:59 UTC on 11th July 2021. Prize draw will be held on 14 th July 2021 and winners will be announced by 15
th July 2021.
• The prize draw shall only be performed once. If the winning player cannot be contacted
successfully the prize award may be declared void, consequent to which the prize shall
not be allocated to any other participant.
• Before prize draw each qualifying player will be assigned with unique ticket number that
will be used in the draw to identify the winners. It is responsibility of operator to inform
players on their ticket numbers. Number of tickets per player will be provided to
Operators on daily basis for the previous day during weekdays and on Mondays with the
number of tickets per player accumulated over the weekend.
• The Prizes: For Qualifying Stage 1 and 2, €30 000 will be shared amongst 20 winning
players with each player receiving €1500. For Qualifying Stage 3, €40 000 will be shared
amongst 20 winning players with each player receiving €2000. *Player can win more than
1 prize per prize draw.
• Any costs related to taxation shall be the player’s responsibility.
• Each operator with winning player/s is to inform the player and pay the cash prize to the
player account.
• Cash prizes cannot have ANY wagering requirements. Players should be able to withdraw
prizes immediately should they wish to do so.
• Evolution will deduct for all operators the value of the cash prize retrospectively from the
following monthly invoice.
• Wager requirements in non-EUR currencies will be converted according to most recent
conversion rates of qualifying day (UTC).
• Elements of the dedicated promo pack must be used on the gaming site(s), in
newsletters and other media including social media. Dedicated promo pack will be
available on the client area.
• Games must be displayed in prominent lobby placements.
• Opt in to the promotion by 21st May.
• It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in
accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the promotion is offered.
• The operator is forbidden to mention and to make references to any copyrighted event’s
name for any mass marketing/advertising purpose (internet, television, audio, magazine
or newspaper).
• The operator is forbidden to use any copyrighted logo(s) or images for any mass
marketing/advertising purpose (Internet, Television, Radio, magazine or newspaper).
• The parties agree that the prize promotion shall be governed by adequate binding terms
and conditions which shall be stipulated by the operator and agreed by their players
prior to permitting such players to participate in the prize promotion. Consequently, it is
the responsibility of the operator to receive, respond to and manage, all player queries
and complaints in relation to the prize promotion and the awarded prize. The operator
understands that Evolution’s involvement in such promotions is limited solely to
ensuring the prize draw is awarded impartially.
• Operators should consider how they might affect vulnerable groups and ensure at all
times that adverts do not contain content likely to cause harm.
• The operator undertakes to comply at all times with (a) the relevant terms and conditions
of the software license agreement including, but not limited to, marketing provisions
and; (b) all applicable laws and regulations as amended from time to time.
• Operators are responsible for all adverts placed by their affiliates and, therefore, are
encouraged to use their best endeavours to ensure that all of the relevant regulatory
requirements are also followed by their affiliates.
• All participating operators agree to waive any and all claims against Evolution relating to
the prize promotion, save for any wilfully fraudulent acts committed by Evolution.
