• Spin Gifts will trigger randomly throughout the Promotional Period on the listed games above and date periods.

• There are no minimum bet requirements.

• The value of spins is based on the player’s last bet.

• Spin gifts winnings will follow the current market deductions process at the end of each month and shown in the operator’s invoice

• Spin Gifts winnings are fully funded by Evolution. 

• Operators can opt in at any time between the 1st September 2026 12:00 UTC to 30st November 2026 23:59 UTC - providing written confirmation to Evolution agreeing on the terms and conditions below and marketing actions of the promotional campaign agreed with your RNG Account Manager. 
   

Terms and Conditions 

 

1. Evolution (and its Group entities) shall not bear any liability or responsibility of whatsoever nature (and Evolution and its Group entities will be held harmless) for the failure of the Operator to opt into the Spin Gifts Shared Promotion Tool. 

2. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Evolution disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and/or markets/jurisdictions with respect to the Spin Gifts Shared Promotion Tool. The Operator acknowledges that it is solely responsible for ensuring that the Spin Gifts Shared Promotion Tool is only used where it is legal to do so and, wherever legal, expressly in accordance with Applicable Law. Evolution (and its Group entities) will be held harmless from and against any and all liability or loss of whatsoever nature resulting from the Operator’s failure to comply.

3. The Operator shall ensure that the Promotion Game(s) and the underlying services provided by Evolution in relation thereto comply with the Applicable Law of those markets where the Promotion Game(s) are offered by the Operator. Evolution will be held harmless from and against any and all liability or loss of whatsoever nature resulting from the Operator’s failure to comply.

4. Evolution reserves the right to (i) subject the winning of all prizes and/or cash amounts to such reasonable verification processes (including, but not limited to, age verification and geo-location verification) that Evolution (acting reasonably and in good faith) may, from time to time, request in writing (email permitted); (ii) place a maximum cap on winnings (10,000.00 EUR) per player in respect of campaigns funded by Evolution; (iii) exclude certain operators from using the Spin Gifts Shared Promotion Tool at its discretion; and (iv) add new games in respect of which the Spin Gifts Shared Promotion Tool will apply at its discretion. 

5. Until advised otherwise in writing (email permitted), Evolution will cover the Progressive Jackpot Contribution during the spin gifts session in respect of those games supplied under the Red Tiger brand that have jackpots activated locally or network, and the Operator will be responsible for paying to the player/end user any jackpot win amount won during such spin gifts session.

6. Evolution reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Spin Gifts Shared Promotion Tool and/or any component thereof, at any time upon written notice (email permitted) to the Operator. 

7. Each Party warrants to the other that it shall comply in all respects with Applicable Law in all activities related to the use of the Spin Gifts Shared Promotion Tool. Each Party shall take no intentional action which would subject the other Party to penalties under Applicable Law.

8. The Operator shall ensure that the Users are not prevented from accessing the rules applicable to the Promotion Games and/or promotion of mechanics and prizing of the Spin Gifts Shared Promotion Tool on the Operator Websites.

9. The Operator agrees that all marketing of the Spin Gifts Shared Promotion Tool shall be in accordance with responsible gambling requirements to the extent applicable.

10. Evolution (acting reasonably and in good faith) reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
