TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in this Network promotion operated by Play’n GO, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding to confirm promotional opt-in. 

  1. Play’n GO’s Network promotion tool will be used to configure the promotion. This will NOT be visible in Play’n GO’s GMT Back Office.
  2. The Network promotion is offered in the form of a player tournament, the mechanics of which is based on point collection and ranking as such on top spots within the tournament leaderboard; The promotional tournament mechanic is “Sum of Single Highest Win in Relation to Bet on selected games.”
  3. The games participating in this promotion are Boat Bonanza, Boat Bonanza Colossal Catch, Boat Bonanza Down Under, Legion Gold, Legion Gold Unleashed, Mega Don, Mega Don: Feeding Frenzy, Pirahna Pays, Return of the Green Knight, The Sword and The Grail.
  4. The network promotion will run between Monday 22.04.2024 00:01 CEST and Sunday 28.04.2024 23:59 CEST.
  5. The Network promotion prize pool is a total of £/€ 25.000. The prize pool will be allocated amongst the winning players (the players who rank among the top 200 paid positions). The prize pool will be fully sponsored by Play’n GO.
  6. The minimum bet to participate in the Network promotion required from a participating player is  £/€ 0.20. There is no minimum deposit to be able to participate in the promotion. Qualifying bets are only those placed on any of the participating games. Players are advised to check with the websites (“operator”), on which their accounts are held, that this promotion’s qualifying game(s) are available prior to opt-in.
  7. Wins may be subjected to an internal verification within Play’n GO.
  8. The Network promotional prizes are given in the form of cash prizes. There are 200 paid positions, and therefore 200 prizes, within this promotional tournament. 
  9. The tournament will be shown in-game with a navigation bar (top part of the game’s screen) including real-time rank and points of information which the players can access by themselves, including player-facing Terms & Conditions. The tournament will be announced 24 hours before it starts within the game’s tournament UI pop-up, and after the tournament ends, the navigation bar and its visual leaderboard will remain visible in the selected games for 24 hours. The leaderboard will show the top 200 players including the player’s current rank (shown as “YOU”).
  10. The operators participating in this Network promotion are responsible for crediting all said corresponding cash prizes.  
  11. On Monday 29.04.2024 (after the promotional period ends), the Play’n GO Account Manager(s) will contact the participating operators whose players win any of the cash prizes made available within the Network promotion and confirm the list of winning players. Any credits should be made by operators within 7 working days of the promotion ending and the operator being notified of players’ winnings.
  12. Play’n GO will then deduct the total actual credited prize value from from the operator’s upcoming invoice as per the usual invoicing cycle. Operators are responsible for informing the winning players via email, calls, or any other form they find suitable.
  13. Play’n GO will provide a set of player-facing T&Cs visible within the leaderboard navigation bar of the qualifying games. Upon reading the player-facing Terms & Conditions, you hereby agree that you have read and accepted them.
  14. We cannot exclude a particular brand per operator and therefore you acknowledge that you must be aware of your PID’s setup and limitations when confirming participation.
  15. Only players located and/or registered in the United Kingdom and in the Republic of Ireland are permitted to participate in this network promotion. The operators are the sole responsible entities to ensure that the promotion complies with any local laws & regulation (including its legality in the jurisdiction being promoted) and the terms of the promotion, including any changes thereof, shall be communicated to players in timely and transparent manner. 
  16. Operators are required to confirm the PIDs they would like to opt-in with into the promotion, to their Play’n GO Account Manager(s) no later than Monday 15.04.2024.
  17. Operators cannot opt-out of the Network promotion once they have agreed to our promotional T&Cs and have confirmed attendance.
  18. Operators are required to promote this promotion within their best capability prior to the Network promotion starting (recommended), and within (mandatory) the Network promotional period:
    A promotional home banner displayed throughout the promotional period is required.
    Top positioning of this Network promotion’s qualifying and available games on top lobby positions (Home page, Slots page/category, Games on promos etc).
  19. 18. Within the Network promotional period, the qualifying promotional games should not be added simultaneously in operator’s own Leaderboards with setup in Play’n GO GMT back office promotional tool. This will lead to not being able to join the Network promotion.
  20. The websites on which the players’ accounts are held, therefore the “operators”, reserves the right to disqualify players who are deemed to be abusing the promotional terms and conditions. Forms of abuse include but are not limited to a) creating more than one account in order to get advantage of the promotion; b) providing inaccurate registration data; c) using of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxies in order to disguise the player’s real location; d) Any action which may indicate malicious manipulation of the casino system; e) using of unauthorized forms of payments; f) Any additional abusing behaviour stated in the operator’s General Terms and Conditions and Promotional Terms and Conditions.
