The July Jackpot Quickfire Network Promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by Apricot Investments Limited (formerly Microgaming Software Systems Limited) and its authorised intervening licensees (collectively “Apricot”) and is open to all Microgaming operators (“Network Operators”) to offer to their players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on the Network Operators’ websites and are aged 18 years or over (“Players”).

What are the qualifying criteria for player?
• For every €10.00 (or currency equivalent) real money wager placed by a Player on the eligible slot game(s) during the Entry Period, the Player will receive one automatic entry into the Promotion (OR “Ticket”) for a chance to win one of the Prizes.*
• Players may not create more than one account on a Network Operator's website for the purpose of entering the Promotion from more than one account during the Entry Period. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Apricot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player.
• Should any of the Player’s Entries during the Entry Period be made using any bonus funds, or part thereof, from such Player’s account held with the Network Operator, there shall be no restrictions or limitations placed on a Player’s chance to win any of the Prizes or on the awarding of any Prize to the Player should that Player’s Entry result in the Player winning a Prize.
• A Player is limited to 100 ‘Tickets’ aka ‘Entries’ across all the qualifying games.
Prize Split allocation:
• Once the Network Operator has opted into the Promotion, the Promotion is open to the Network Operator’s Players. The following prizes (“Prizes”) are available to be won by Players by means of a random draw as set out below.
• Note: Entry into the random draw at the end of the tournament is based on the prerequisite that Players meet the aforementioned qualification criteria.

When will the Prize draw occur?
• The winning Entries for the Prizes shall be selected at random and the draw for the Prizes shall take place on Monday 5th July 2021.
How will Operators be notified?
Once the winning Entries have been selected at random, the winners shall be notified as follows:
• The draw shall take place on Monday 5th July 2021. By no later than 12:00 on Monday 5th July 2021, the Network Operators whose Players have won the Prizes (the “Winners”) will be notified by Apricot of the win, together with each Winner’s player ID. The Network Operators undertake to notify each of the Winners of the Prizes won by no later than 17:00 on Friday 9th July 2021. Apricot will not contact the Winners directly. In order to claim their Prize, each Winner must notify their Network
• Operator that they accept the Prize within 48 hours of being notified by their Network Operator of their win. Should a Winner accept a Prize, the Network Operator will provide Apricot with confirmation that the Winner has accepted the Prize within 48 hours of acceptance thereof, and any other information about the Winner as reasonably required by Apricot. Apricot and the Network Operator shall comply with their obligations under any applicable data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act 1998, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data to which a party is subject, including (where applicable) the guidance and codes of practice issued by the relevant regulatory body (“Data Protection Legislation”). There will be no re-draws made for the Prizes. If awarding a Prize is not possible, Apricot reserves the right to close the draw for the Prizes of the promotion.
• The Network Operators whose Winners have accepted their Prizes shall credit the Winners’ accounts with the value of the applicable Prizes won. Apricot will then either deduct the equivalent value of such amounts paid over to the Winners by the Network Operators from each relevant Network Operator’s regular invoice or shall issue a credit note to the relevant Network Operator
• Once the Winners have accepted all the Prizes, the Promotion will close and no further draws will be made.
• The decision of Apricot regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• Apricot reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
