1. The Non-Stop Drops & Races 4,000,000 EUR is a network promotion operated by Playson that runs between 00:00 UTC on 01.07.2023 and 30.06.2024 until 23:59 UTC
2. During this promotional period, Playson offers non-stop engagement for your players with at least 2 promotions running at the same time, as presented below:
- Non-Stop Drop (2,300,000 EUR total): random prizes awarded by our Cash Blast tool for the entire duration of the promotion, every day, every hour, with no pause!
- CashDays (1,000,000 EUR total): a high stakes promotion in the first 8 days of the month, using our Tournaments tool
- Playson Short Races (700,000 EUR total): thousands of back-to-back small Races with resetting leaderboards, starting with the 9th of the month, until the end of it

4. Minimum bet to play in any of the promotions is: 0.2 EUR or currency equivalent
5. Mechanics:
- Non-Stop Drop: random prizes awarded to participating players
- CashDays: every 1 EUR won equals 10 points
- Playson Short Races: every 1 EUR won equals 10 points
6. The exchange rates are frozen on the day the promotion starts, and shall remain frozen for the duration of it:
- Non-Stop Drop is split into weekly phases, therefore the rates will be frozen every week
- CashDays: the rates will be frozen on the 1st of each month and will last until the 8th of each month
- Playson Short Races: the rates will be frozen from the 9th until the 29th of each month, then new rates will be available for Super Short Races, from the 30th until the end of the month
7. The prize tables are individual for each promotion, as presented below:

9. The Cash Blast feature offers players the possibility of winning cash prizes at any time during the event period. The prizes are offered randomly, and each player has the same chances of winning after every spin.

Prizes
15. The cash prizes will be automatically credited to the players’ accounts as soon as the win is triggered. Once a prize is credited, it will be removed from the prize pool. The number of remaining prizes is shown in real time, on the Cash Blast widget or in the Prizes section.
16. As an alternative to (15.), our partners can choose to turn OFF the autopayment of prizes. Playson will provide a list with winners and they must be credited in maximum 3 business days (72 hours) since the win was triggered.
17. Prize pool and minimum bet for this campaign are set up in EUR and might be subject to currency conversion fluctuations.
18. The currency conversion rates are being set automatically by our system 72 hours before the promotion starts, and the values will remain the same during the whole promotion period. In case of a promotion with multiple Cash Blast promotions, the exchange rates might differ from phase to phase.
Compensation System
19. All prizes are deducted from the GGR before invoice regardless of the percentage of Bonus deduction according to the contract.
20. Additionally, we offer the Insurance feature, which means that If the total winnings of all players of 1 customer exceed 10% of the prize fund, the excess amount is deducted directly from the invoice
21. Extra insurance: The insurance can lowered with 0.5% (2% total) for each of the following marketing activities, for the duration of the promotion:
- Adding the “Cash Blast” tag on the promotional games
- Adding minimum 4 promotional games in the first 4 rows (mobile & desktop)
- Creating a “Non-Stop Drops & Races” game category on the website
- Adding the promo banner on the website
22. Important: Since this promotion lasts for 12 full months, the insurance will be calculated based on the monthly prize fund, and the GGR/invoice deductions will be applied for each month, individually, as presented below:
- December 2022 and January 2023: Prize fund: 275,000 EUR for each month. Insurance threshold: 27,500 EUR
- February to May 2023: Prize fund: 175,000 EUR for each month. Insurance threshold: 17,500 EUR
Example: in July 2023, the prize pool is 175,000 EUR
With 10% insurance:
- The players from “Operator 1” (wlcode) have won 25,000 EUR of prizes.
- The players from “Operator 2” have won 5,000 EUR of prizes.
- The Prize Fund is 175,000. 10% of the Prize fund is 17,500 EUR.
- For “Operator 1” 17,500 EUR will be deducted from GGR and 7,500 EUR directly from the License Fee.
- For “Operator 2” 5,000 EUR will be deducted from GGR.
With 8% insurance:
- The players from “Operator 1” (wlcode) have won 25,000 EUR of prizes.
- The players from “Operator 2” have won 5,000 EUR of prizes.
- The Prize Fund is 175,000. 8% of the Prize fund is 14,000 EUR.
- For “Operator 1” 14,000 EUR will be deducted from GGR and 11,000 EUR directly from the License Fee.
- For “Operator 2” 5,000 EUR will be deducted from GGR.
Prize Tables
For December and January we will enhance our standard 175,000 EUR monthly prize pool to 275,000 EUR monthly, in order to make our offer as appealing to the players as possible. The 2,300,000 EUR are distributed as presented below:
December 2023: 275,000 EUR total, 2 phases of 75,000 EUR, 1 phase of 125,000 EUR
January 2024: 275,000 EUR total, 1 phase of 125,000 EUR, 2 phases of 75,000 EUR,
For the rest of the months except December 2023 and January 2024 we will have: 1,750,000 EUR total, split into 175,000 EUR/ month or 43,750 EUR/phase (4 phases per month)
The CashDays 1,000,000 EUR (Tournament)
General
1. The CashDays tournaments run every month of the year between 0:01 UTC on the 1st and the 8th of each month until 23:59 UTC
2. The total prize pool for the CashDays tournaments is 1,000,000 EUR, split into:
- July 2023 - November 2023: 80,000 EUR/ month
- December 2023 + January 2024: 100,000 EUR/month
- February 2024 - June 2024: 80,000 EUR/month
Qualification
3. The minimum bet required to qualify for prizes is 0.20 EUR or currency equivalent.
Competition
4. The CashDays tournament is available to play for real mode only.
5. The minimum bet required to participate is 0.20 EUR or currency equivalent.
6. Any win will contribute to the Player's Total score that will be shown in the Leaderboard. The total score is calculated by the addition of the points scored during all rounds played on participating games during the tournament period.
7. Points are calculated round-by-round, with each 1 EUR (or currency equivalent) won equaling 10 points. For example, 10€ won represents 100 points.

8. The cash prizes will be credited to the players’ accounts as withdrawable funds within 72 hours (3 business days) after the end of the promotion.
9. Prize pool and minimum bet for this campaign are set up in EUR and might be subject to currency conversion fluctuations.

12. We further reserve the right to void scores, or not pay out a prize where, in our opinion, all or part of the score results from cheating or collusion with other players.

16. The Playson Short Races run on a monthly basis between the 9th of each month until the end of it, between the following hours: 18:00 UTC and 22:00 UTC
17. Due to the structure of the Short Races tool and the variable number of days in a month, in order to make an appealing prize table for Players and also for Partners to advertise, we have split The Playson Short Races into:
- (Regular) Short Races: running from 9th of each month until the 28th of each month: Prize table:
i. For regular months: 44,000 EUR
ii. For December 2023 and January 2024: 88,000 EUR - Super Short Races: running after the 28th of each month, until the end of it. These promotions are enhanced Short Races, lasting longer and offering bigger rewards: Prize table(s):
i. For regular months with 29 days: 2,200 EUR
ii. For regular months with 30 days: 4,400 EUR
iii. For regular months with 31 days: 6,600 EUR
iv. For December 2023 and January 2024: 5,200 EUR for each day
18. The total prize pool for the Playson Short Races is 700,000 EUR, split into:
- July 2023 - November 2023: average of 50,000 EUR/ month
- December 2023 + January 2024: average of 100,000 EUR/month
- February 2024 - June 2024: average 50,000 EUR/month

32. Since Playson Short Races has slightly variable prize tables each month, the invoice and GGR deductions will be calculated based on the exact amount offered in that particular month. Example:
- in July 2023 we have 31 days, of which:
i. 20 days of Short Races: 44,000 EUR
ii. 3 days of Super Short Races: 6,600 EUR
Total prize pool: 44,000 + 6,600= 50,600 EUR. Insurance threshold is 5,060 EUR - in September 2023 we have 30 days, of which:
i. 20 days of Short Races: 44,000 EUR
ii. 2 days of Super Short Races: 4,400 EUR
Total prize pool: 44,000 + 4,400= 48,400 EUR. Insurance threshold is 4,840 EUR - In February 2024 we have 29 days, of which:
i. 20 days of Short Races: 44,000 EUR
ii. 1 day of Super Short Races: 2,200 EUR
Total prize pool: 44,000 + 2,200= 46,200 EUR. Insurance threshold is 4,620 EUR

General Rules
23. It is the responsibility of the Partner to ensure that the promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network Promotion is offered.
24. It is the sole responsibility of the Partner to ensure that Playson‘s products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the promotional game is offered to players.
25. Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Playson
26. If the T&C have been translated into other languages, these translations reflect the same principles. In case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
27. Playson reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion at any time, including any related T&C. These amendments will not affect players currently taking part in the promotion unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior
28. We reserve the right to not pay out a prize, where all or part of the win results from any obvious error, mistake or technical fault (including incorrect game payouts) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games.
