GENERAL INFORMATION

Rapid Rewards is a promotional system intended to grant both cash and in-game Journey promos to players actively playing select High 5 Games content.  Players making qualifying wagers on participating casinos will have some random chance of being granted either Cash or a Journey Promo (Feature Boost and 3X Pays) during the promotional period.

• Rapid Rewards will run on a weekly starting of on the 08.11.2021 till 06.12.2021

• Promotion will be active for participating games on all participating Operators.

• Operators will be asked to inform players winning Cash Prizes of their win as well as grant the actual cash within 24 hours of receiving the report. 

• High 5 Games will cover all cash prizes to the Operator directly in the month's end invoice.  

• This will be a High 5 Games run promotion.  No technical configurations are required by the Operator. 

How to Win

During the promotion period, High 5 Games will scan every qualifying wager made.  A qualifying wager is any wager made from 8 November through 6 December, on (casino names), at or above €0,50, while playing a promotional game. (listed below) Every wager will have a chance of winning based on the time elapsed in the campaign and the cumulative value awarded to players during this campaign.  Probability of winning scales with the wager.  The more the player wagers, the more likely they are to win.

Prizes

High 5 Games will guarantee a total overall prize pool value of €10,000 in cash and promotions paid out weekly. Upon being selected a winner, a prize will be randomly drawn from the pool of prizes for the appropriate game, with more valuable promos being awarded if necessary to hit the targeted cumulative value by the end of the promotion period. 4% of all prizes given will be Cash prizes but will make up 25% of the overall total value paid out from the prize pool. Journey promos will make up the remaining 75%. 

Cash Prizes

Each game will have some chance of awarding winning players a cash prize of either €100 or €1,000.  Once granted, it’s value will be deducted from the overall prize pool. 

Journey Promos Values: Each game will have 2 promo value options that will have an average theoretical value of €20. Feature Boost and 3x Pay promos require the player to wager real money but increase the value of potential wins giving the promo an overall theoretical value.  Its theoretical value will be deducted from the overall Prize Pool value.

Prizes will continue to be given away until the total €10,000 is drained by close of the promotional period. To ensure the full €10,000 is awarded, this will be structured as a "must drop" style feature. This means that there will be an increasing probability, as a function of time and remaining value, such that the total value is virtually guaranteed to have paid out by the end of the promotion period. The probability of awarding a large or small award value will fluctuate to ensure a good distribution of awards over the promotional period. 

Once a player has won a Cash prize, the Operator will be informed of the win (Player ID as well as a Prize value.) The Operator will be expected to inform the player of the win with copy and branding provided as well as grant the actual cash into the player’s wallet. High 5 Games will cover the cost of all prizes with the Operator directly. 

Once a player has been granted a Journey promotion, the promo will stay pending until the player's next session. Upon the first load of the game after being granted the promotion, the Promo will be active. 

Reporting

• High 5 Games will deliver a report every 24 hours that will include Player IDs of winning players as well as the promotions and values won.

• Each player with a minimum €0,50 real money spin on any of the qualifying games during the promotion period will qualify for the promotion.

• A player can win multiple prizes each day

• Winning promotions are expected to display upon the next game load if a win is awarded.

• Any prize not collected by the end of the promotion will remain pending until the player starts their journey promo. 

• All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stated before any prizes are processed.

• If the account is for any reason closed, or self-excluded during an ongoing promotional period, the customers would no longer be eligible to participate in any prize draws or claim any prize draw prizes.

• In the event of any dispute, the operator's decision will be considered full and final.

• Promotional offers are intended to enhance your enjoyment of the games and any attempts to abuse this promotion will not be tolerated and may lead to the forfeiture of any prizes won, as well as an immediate exclusion from any future promotions.
