Ultimate Roulette: Ezugi’s Multiplier Roulette Game
Points System
- Players receive points for playing, betting, winning and losing
- A player must bet at least 50 euros or currency equivalent to qualify for the promotion.
- 50 points awarded for every 50 euros or currency equivalent bet on roulette tables
- 10 points given for every winning bet where a multiplier is on the straight up number
- 5 points given for every winning bet
- 2 point given for every losing bet
- Even money (black/red) (Odd/Even) bets do not qualify. 90% table coverage is the limit
Bonus Points for Weekly Leaderboard:
If a player qualifies on separate days they will receive a multiplier at the end of the week towards the weekly leaderboard.
· 3 days 3x multiplier
· 5 days 5x multiplier
· 7 days 7x multiplier
Bonus points will be added after day 7 and viewable.
It will be the operators responsibility to organize payment to any winning players within 48 hours of the daily or weekly leader board ending.
Invoices will be deducted as a credit memo for any winning players.
Ezugi updates the previous day's winners as well as the weekly leaderboard based on the current status. We will host a page given to the customers, which we will update with the previous day's winners and the tournament leaderboard. For sensitivity, we will use the first few digits of the player's username .

- Ezugi will inform within 24 hours of the tournament ending the operators you have winning players by a generic email template.
- Operators must make credit of the winning amount to the player within 48 hours of Ezugi email being sent.
- Ezugi will deduct the total amount in credit memos to customers at the end of the month

Marketing Details:
- The operator needs to promote Ezugi Ultimate Roulette on the live casino landing page/ live casino section.
- The operator needs to create or use the banner provided by Ezugi to promote the Network tournament.
Terms and Conditions
- When an End-User participates in the Roulette Tournament promotion via the Casino Operator’s website, End-User/s enter into a legally binding contract that is subject to these T&Cs.
- By participating in the Roulette Tournament promotion, Casino Operator/s and End-User/s both agree to comply with these T&Cs.
- These T&Cs should be read alongside Ezugi’s general terms and conditions, and the Casino Operator’s terms and conditions.
- Participation in the Roulette Tournament promotion is only available via End Users’ online account functionality with the Casino Operator’s website, mobile website and app.
- These T&Cs represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between Casino Operators and Ezugi and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
- Ezugi does not warrant the constant availability and functionality of the Roulette Tournament promotion. Ezugi may not be held liable and will be held harmless by the Casino Operators for any damages, losses, costs, loss of profits or any other disadvantage an End-User may incur in connection with any disconnection from or the non-availability of any of the Roulette Tournament promotion offered by Ezugi for whatsoever reason.
- Ezugi shall not be liable for computer or Internet malfunctions.
- Ezugi reserves the right to amend these T&Cs and/or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time. Ezugi will notify Casino Operators of such amendments by publishing the updated T&Cs on the Website, which will take effect immediately after such publication. Casino Operators undertake to notify End-Users accordingly. By continuing to participate in the contest/s after this notification both Casino Operators and End-Users alike will be accepting the changes to the T&Cs. Procedural changes will only be in response to the interests and security of the Website or the End-Users.
- The T&Cs are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta.
- If an End-User has any grievances/disputes relative to the Roulette Tournament promotion, such End-User’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be with the Casino Operator.
- Ezugi reserves the right to terminate the Roulette Tournament promotion at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
- Only settled bets on contributing games will count as qualifying bets.
- Ezugi reserves the right to withhold any winnings in the event of any suspicions of fraud or other illegal behavior or, otherwise, for legitimate reasons to protect the genuine interests of Ezugi whilst always being mindful of End-Users’ legitimate expectations.
- Ezugi makes every effort to ensure that errors or mistakes do not occur. Ezugi reserves the right to void winnings resulting from any obvious error or mistake or any technical fault. End Users will forfeit any winnings that result from such errors or mistakes or technical faults.
Privacy
- The personal data of End-Users will be used in order to organize and manage the Roulette Tournament promotion as described above.
- The Casino Operator is a controller of each End-User’s personal data used for the aforementioned purpose. The contact information for privacy-related inquiries of the Casino Operator can be found at [link].
- The personal data used is End-Users’ online account information and name that an End-User chooses to be represented within the Roulette Tournament promotion and which will be seen at leader boards together with the received points.
- The legal basis for using the personal data described in this section is to ensure the performance of the Roulette Tournament promotion terms and to protect legitimate interests of the Casino Operator and Ezugi. Such legitimate interests might include necessity to ensure security, fairness and legitimacy of the promotion. In addition, in cases where a dispute might arise, personal data of End-Users might be used to ensure that there is a proper evidence and communication for the dispute-related processes and purposes.
- The End-Users’ personal data will be retained while the Roulette Tournament promotion takes place and for up to 10 years after that (especially, where it is needed to ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements or for a potential/happening dispute purposes).
- The personal data of End-Users may be sent outside the EU or EEA for the purpose of better management of the Roulette Tournament promotion and data management, and any such transfer will be within the legal frameworks. - End-Users have the following data protection rights: request an access to their personal data and/or a copy of their personal data, request to rectify or delete their personal data, restrict the processing of the personal data or object to the processing. In addition, End-Users have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection supervisory authority.
- As stated above, prize pool depends on a specific activity of each End-User. The decision on the prize pool will be taken on an automated basis and will involve using certain personal data referred above.
