Global Lucky Rush from Playtech

Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) for the Lucky Rush Leaderboards (the “Promotion”) between 
Playtech Software Limited (“Playtech”), and the licensee (“You” or the “Licensee”). These Terms are 
supplemental to the Network Agreement and/or the Software License and Services Agreement (as 
applicable, “License Agreement”), between Playtech, or any company in Playtech’s Group (as defined 
below), and You. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the License 
Agreement, these Terms shall prevail with respect to the subject matter hereof.

The Promotion by Playtech is a series of network leaderboards that will link multiple Playtech 
Licensees together to play for an estimated 5,000,000 EUR prize fund.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is operated by Playtech. 

2. Promotion Duration: 06 March 2026 00:00 CET to 17 January 2027 23:59 CET for a total of 318
days.

3. The prize pool will be available to be won by the players of any opted in Licensee.

4. Licensees may opt into the Promotion prior to launch or at any time during the Promotion 

Duration, subject to the configuration timelines set out in Section 2 (Licensee Opt-In Process).

5. The Promotion consists of 45 network leaderboards, with dates listed in the table below.

6. The total prize fund for the Promotion is an estimated amount of 5,000,000 EUR in cash.

7. The amounts are estimated and may be more, or less, depending on currency conversions, as 
well as numbers of players participating in the Promotion.

8. Participating players will be eligible forfixed cash amounts as detailed in the prize tables below.

9. Winnings from this Promotion will have no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn 
immediately upon crediting.

10. Playtech will make available to Licensees a list of their winners and rank within 3 days of the 
end of each leaderboard Promotion.

11. Licensees who have Playtech bonus integration will have their prizes paid upon completion of 
the leaderboard.

12. Licensees who do not have bonus integration will be responsible for the payment of prizes to 
their players. The total value of the winnings funded by Playtech and awarded to the 
Licensee’s players during each calendar month will be aggregated and applied as a credit to 
the Licensee’s invoice issued in the following month. Any credit amount that exceeds the value
of that invoice will be carried forward to subsequent invoices. Only Leaderboards that have 
fully completed within the relevant calendar month will be included in that month’s credit 
calculation, and any Leaderboard that spans two calendar months will be allocated to the 
month in which the Leaderboard ends.

 Prize Breakdown

• Leaderboards operate under one of two prize fund structures, as indicated in the Leaderboard 
Schedule above.
o (a) A total prize fund of €100,000, distributed among 5,000 ranked winners; or
o (b) A total prize fund of €200,000, distributed among 10,000 ranked winners.
