Promotion Period

20th January 2025 to 30th March 2025

Participation Commitments

The Network Operator must ensure that at least two Eligible Games are prominently repositioned on desktop and mobile for the entire duration of the Promotion Period.
Network Operator must ensure the placement of the promotional banner on the casino homepage and promotion page for the entire duration of the Promotion Period and update the promotional banner at the start of each promotion phase, on both desktop and mobile.
Network Operators must ensure the featured games are linked or cited on the promotion page and to all dedicated communications sent to their players.
Network Operator must ensure that at least one dedicated communication each month is sent to their Players during the Promotion Period and copy promotions@gamesglobal.com.

Terms and Conditions

The Promotion is offered by Quickfire Limited and its authorised intervening licensees (collectively Quickfire”) and is open to all Quickfire operators (“Network Operators”) to offer to their Players. The Total Expected Prize Pool is shared across the Network Operators who opt-in to the Promotion.

How does a Network Operator Qualify for the Promotion?

Should a Network Operator wish to make the Promotion available to its Players, the Network Operator agrees to:

Opt-in via its partnership manager before the Participation Deadline;
Be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and
Comply with the Participation Commitments.

Promotion Mechanics – Leaderboard Tournaments

A Player needs to opt-in to the Promotion via the in-game pop-up or from the “Join Now” button found in the Tournaments category in the in-game 777 icon;
After placing a Qualifying Bet, a Player must play a Qualifying Spin (see Appendix for definitions) to be eligible to win a cash prize during the Promotion. A bet placed with bonus money or in-game promotional free spin will be classed as a Qualifying Bet;
A Player will be awarded points for achieving the Win Criteria. For example, if a Player places a €10 bet and wins €2,500 with one Qualifying Spin, the calculation of points is: €2,500 (winnings) divided by €10 (bet) multiplied by 1,000 (points multiplier) equals 250,000 points awarded to the Player;
The higher the total value of the points received by a Player with one Qualifying Spin, the higher the Player’s score;
The leaderboard is ranked by a Player’s score. The score is based on the highest points reached each time the Player achieves the Win Criteria during the tournament, replacing the previous score with the new score (if higher);
Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leaderboard when the weekly tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on a Player’s total score at the end of the weekly tournament;
If 2 or more Players finish the tournament at the same position on the leaderboard, the Player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.

Claim Prize Method Mechanics

If the Network Operator has completed Auto—Claim Prize or Auto—Orphan/Zero integration it will be utilising the Claim Prize Method.
Upon tournament conclusion, winning players will receive an in-game win notification prompting them to click ‘claim’ to accept their Tournament Prize. This notification is displayed immediately if the Player is actively engaged in a Quickfire game when the tournament ends.
If the winning Player is not playing a Quickfire game when the tournament ends, the notification will appear the next time they launch a Quickfire game, provided this occurs before the 7-day Expiration Period ends.
Once the prize is claimed, the player’s wallet will be updated with the cash prize
Players who miss the pop-up notification can still claim their prize via the Tournament category in the in-game 777 icon.
Players must claim their Tournament Prize during the 7-day Tournament Expiration Period. If a Player does not claim within the Tournament Expiration Period, they forfeit it.

Immediate Payout Method Mechanics

Players must opt-in weekly at the start or during each leaderboard tournament for the entire Mystic Masters promotion. If the Network Operator joins midway, the player will receive the optin notification upon inclusion.
Any marketing material supplied by Quickfire in relation to the Promotion shall not be changed, altered, or modified in any way unless expressly authorised in writing by Quickfire.
It is the responsibility of the Network Operator to ensure that the Promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Promotion is offered to Players.
The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
Quickfire and the Network Operator shall comply with their obligations under any applicable data protection legislation, including but not limited to, the Data Protection Act 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data to which a party is subject.
There will be no re-allocations made for the Prizes. If awarding a Prize is not possible, Quickfire reserves the right to close the Prizes of the promotion.
Prizes and wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Quickfire.
If these Terms and Conditions have been translated into different languages, they reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
Quickfire reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect Players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
The decision of Quickfire regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
These Terms and Conditions are between Quickfire and the Network Operators only. Network Operators must not reference ‘Quickfire’ in their own campaign and terms and conditions relating to the Promotion in any manner whatsoever, without Quickfire’s prior written approval.
By opting-in to this Promotion the Network Operators understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, and Quickfire accepts no liability of any kind howsoever caused arising from any activities of a Network Operator in connection with this Promotion.
The availability of this Promotion should not be construed as an offer or invitation to use the Promotion in any country or jurisdiction where such use if not permitted.
It is the Network Operators’ responsibility at all times to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and licensing conditions, where this Promotion is made available to Players.
Quickfire accepts no liability of any kind howsoever caused arising from any activities of a Network Operator or any Player in connection with this Promotion. Quickfire is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Network Operators agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Quickfire from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this Promotion by Network Operators and Players.
