General 

This promotion named World Cup Drops (“Campaign”) is operated by Evolution (and/or by 
Evolution Group companies). Participation in the Campaign is conditional upon casinos/Operators 
(“You”/”Your”) opting in to the said campaign. To the extent applicable, platform providers shall ensure 
that all Approved Partners opt into the Campaign. 

Campaign Term  

The Campaign shall run from June 6th 00:00 CET until July 19th 23:59 CET, 2026 (“Campaign Term”).

Dedicated variants of the above listed games will also be included depending on availability. 
Game availability varies by operator. If one or more games are not available to the operator, or not 
provided in a given jurisdiction, the Campaign will be offered only to the games that are available. 

Requirements to win the Prizes 

Players can win random monetary prizes (“Drops”) by playing the campaign games, except players that 
the operator has explicitly requested Evolution to block from the promotion by providing player IDs 
prior to the start of the promotion.  
All eligible player bets of any monetary amount and in any currency during the Campaign have a chance 
to win the drops. 

Prizes 

Drops are a random monetary prize in the player’s currency. The value of the drop is equal to 3x (three 
times) the player’s bet last accepted real money bet. 
The total prize pool for the whole Campaign is €500,000 (or its equivalent in all supported currencies).  
Players can win an unlimited number of drops during the promotional period, or until the total prize 
pool is spent. 
The maximum winnings for a single drop is limited (capped) at €5.000,00 (or equivalent in all 
supported currencies). 
The payout is communicated to the operator’s server via One Wallet API, typically seconds after the 
player is notified in-game. The responsibility of the operator is to credit the prize amount into the 
player’s balance. 
The prize amount must be credited by You to the winners’ accounts by no later than 72 hours after the 
Campaign has ended. 

 Marketing undertakings 

You agree and undertake to respect any marketing commitments agreed between Evolution and the 
operator throughout the promotional campaign period. Such commitments will be agreed in writing 
ahead of the campaign start. 
Failure to abide by the marketing commitments will result in the operator being withdrawn from 
the promotional campaign 

Other terms and conditions 

The following general terms shall apply to the Campaign: 
1. 
Evolution (acting reasonably and in good faith) reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any 
time.  
2. You shall ensure that the Campaign is conducted in accordance with the Applicable Laws of 
those markets where the Campaign is offered by You. Evolution will be held harmless from and 
against any and all liability or loss of whatsoever nature resulting from Your failure to comply. 
3. Evolution reserves the right to subject the winning of any rewards to such reasonable 
verification processes (including, but not limited to, age verification and geo-location 
verification) that Evolution (acting reasonably and in good faith) may, from time to time, 
request in writing (email permitted).  
4. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Evolution disclaims all warranties, either 
express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability and 
fitness for a particular purpose and/or markets/jurisdictions with respect to the Campaign. The 
offering of the Campaign to You is in its entirety conditional upon and subject to You being 
solely responsible for ensuring that the Campaign is only offered to end users in those 
markets/jurisdictions where it is legal to do so and/or in accordance with Your applicable 
licences. Accordingly, You shall ensure that the Campaign is only used by it where it is legal to 
do so and, wherever legal, expressly in accordance with Applicable Laws. Evolution (and its 
Group entities) will be held harmless from and against any and all liability or loss of whatsoever 
nature resulting from Your failure to comply.  
5. Evolution reserves the right to change/modify the Campaign Game(s) at its discretion.  
6. Evolution reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign and/or any 
component thereof, at any time with immediate effect upon written notice (email permitted) to 
You.
