Phase 1: Magic Tale (70,000€)

General

1. Magic Tale 70k event runs between 0:01 UTC on the 1st of December 2021 and 10th of December 2021 until 23:59 UTC.
2. During Magic Tale 70k, our Tournament tool and Cash Blast tool run simultaneously.
Participating players can win in both of them, at the same time.
3. Playson Tournament is an event where players receive points for certain actions or game
outcomes (mechanics; ex: number of spins placed, total money wagered, etc), and at the
end of the event, they are awarded with prizes based on their position on the leaderboard.
4. Playson Cash Blast is an event where players can win cash prizes at any time during the
promotional period. The prizes are offered randomly, and any player has the same chances
of winning after every spin

Competition

5. Magic Tale 70k event is available to play for real mode only.

Tournament

6. Any win will contribute to the Player's Total score that will be shown in the Leaderboard.
The total score is calculated by the addition of the points scored during all rounds played on
participating games during the tournament period.
7. Points are calculated round-by-round, with each 1 EUR (or currency equivalent) won
equaling 10 points. For example, 10€ won represents 100 points.

Cash Blast

8. Any real money spin on the qualifying games can trigger a random Cash Blast prize.
9. Any individual player can win multiple Cash Blast prizes during the event period.

10. The cash prizes will be credited to the players’ accounts as withdrawable funds within 72 hours (3 business days) after the end of the promotion.

Cash Blast

11. The cash prizes will be automatically credited to the players’ accounts as soon as the win istriggered. Once a prize is credited, it will be removed from the prize pool. The number of remaining prizes is shown in real time, on the Cash Blast widget or in the Prizes section.

General

12. Prize pool and minimum bet for this campaign are set up in EUR and might be subject to
currency conversion fluctuations.
13. The currency conversion rates are being set automatically by our system with 72 hours
before the tournament starts, and the values will remain the same during the whole tournament period.
14. We reserve the right to void scores, or not pay out a prize, where all or part of the score
results from any obvious error, mistake or technical fault (including incorrect game payouts) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games.
15. We further reserve the right to void scores, or not pay out a prize where, in our opinion, all or part of the score results from cheating or collusion with other players.
16. We reserve the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time.

Compensation System

17. All prizes are deducted from the GGR before invoice regardless of the percentage of Bonus deduction according to the contract.
18. Additionally, we offer the Insurance feature, which means that If the total winnings of all players of 1 customer exceed a certain percentage of the prize fund, the excess amount is deducted directly from the invoice.
19. The insurance value varies from 9% to 5%, depending on the number of opt-ins into Merry Prize Month phases, and marketing activities:
20. Partners will receive:
a. 9% insurance if they opt-in in 1/4 phases
b. 8% insurance if they opt-in in 2/4 phases
c. 7% insurance if they opt-in in 3/4 phases
d. 6% insurance if they opt-in in 4/4 phases
e. Partners will receive an additional -1% insurance if during the promotional period, they add a tag (provided by Playson, or created by the Partner and approved by Playson) on the games icons of the event games

Prize pool

27. Points are calculated round-by-round, with each 1 EUR (or currency equivalent) wagered equaling 100 points. For example: a bet of 0.5 EUR represents 50 points, regardless if it was a winning bet or not.
