Yggdrasil - Games Removal
Yggdrasil regret to inform you that at 09:00 CET on Monday January 31, 2022, Yggdrasil will remove all existing games in the German market from its Masters’ studio partner True Lab. We have been informed that True Lab is leaving the Masters’ programme and will start that exit by no longer supporting, maintaining and servicing their games with Yggdrasil in Germany. This is unfortunate, but the strategies of Masters’ partners and Yggdrasil naturally evolve and change over time. The games to be removed from Germany are the following:
- Viking Runes (Game ID: 1030)
- Crazy Mix (Game ID: 10034)
- Siren Song (Game ID: 10102)
- Christmas Tree (Game ID: 1024)
- Victoria Wild (Game ID: 1015)
The German versions of the listed 5 games (with the specific 90.5% RTP) will be removed at 09:00 CET on Monday January 31, 2022, across the relevant environments supported by Yggdrasil. As such Yggdrasil recommend that operators push down these games in their German facing website menus now and cancel any planned promotions involving these games. During this afternoon Yggdrasil will reduce the maximum bet levels on these games. The Yggdrasil Support Team and your Key Account Managers remain at your disposal for additional information.
